The perfect Martial Arts class for anyone looking for a morning session. The class structure is designed with the same curriculum as all evening classes.
Tiny Tigers (2 & 3) Monday/Wednesday 3:30 - 3:55
Tiny Tigers is designed for 2 and 3 year olds. The class focuses on learning how to follow directions, balance, coordination and concentration. The goal is to develop the skills needed for martial arts, as well as school and daycare.
Little Ninja's (4 & 5) Monday/Wednesday 4:00 - 4:45
This class is designed to help the student develop balance, coordination, discipline and self confidence. We incorporate fun martial arts games into the curriculum to keep student's excited and begging to come back for more!
Li'l Dragons (6-8) Monday/Wednesday 5:00 - 5:50
The Dragon's class starts the framework for advanced curriculum. This class starts to develop the student's knowledge and skills required to earn their Black Belt. The training becomes harder as the student's mind and body develop with age and experience.
Junior's (9-12) Tuesday/Thursday 4:30 - 5:20
Student's will start to develop their advanced techniques at a higher level. Their mind and body will allow for more intense training. This is the minimum level required to earn a Junior Black Belt. This class will help prepare the student for the adult's class as a young teen.
Adult's (13 +) Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 - 6:30
This class will become increasingly difficult and challenging. Young teens will mix with adult's to help them on the road to adulthood. The class structure is much more developed than the younger classes. Training is at a much higher level and pace. More weapon's and advanced technique's are introduced in this class. You must be in this class level to earn a Black Belt.
Sparring Every Other Wednesday 6:00 - 6:45
Must be a yellow belt or higher to attend. Designed to make the student more comfortable in a real life situation where the student would be forced to defend themselves. Full protective gear is required. Rotates with Mat Rats.
Mat Rats (Live Grappling) Every Other Wednesday 6:00 - 6:45
This class is open to all students, regardless of rank. It is designed to make the student more proficient on the ground. Class consists of technique training and live grappling. Gym shirt, MMA shorts and mouthpiece required.
Muay Thai Monday 6:00 - 7:00
The "Art of 8 Limbs", Muay Thai is designed to use knees, elbows, punches and kicks. A high energy class that will burn the calories while learning the ancient art from Thailand. Muay Thai shorts, hand wraps and sparring gear are required for this class. This class will develop a person for competition.
MMA Monday 7:00 - 8:00
MMA class is designed to teach all-around fundamentals. This class uses striking, wrestling, grappling and conditioning to develop a well-rounded martial artist. This is an excellent class for someone wanting total body conditioning as well as an athlete looking to compete in MMA. MMA/Muay Thai shorts, mouthpiece and sparring gear, including MMA gloves, required.
